Job Title: Clinical Director

Location: Greater London

Salary: Up to £85K

My client in the greater London area is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Director to lead their team in providing exceptional veterinary care in their busy hospital. They are looking for a candidate that will contribute to a hospital’s growth and development and collaborate with a supportive network of industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead the veterinary team and contribute to business strategy.

• Client Care: Ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Clinical Excellence: Maintain high standards in clinical quality.

• Team Engagement: Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of the hospital.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Veterinary Surgeon with previous leadership experience preferred.

• A passion for veterinary medicine and the welfare of pets.

• Desire to develop others, drive change, and challenge the status quo.

• Strong business acumen.

Package:

• Full-time role (4 days per week with a consistent day off)

• 1 in 4 Saturdays

• Competitive salary up to £85,000 depending on experience
