My client is on a journey over the next year to refurbish and expand their practice based in south-west London. They are looking for a head RVN to take the reins and lead the nurses at this turning point of the business while assisting in planning and everything else involved with this next step.

As a head RVN, you will have previous experience leading RVNs and will enjoy coaching and mentoring other RVNs. There is a lot of work to do as the owner is trying to get RCVS Accreditation and cat-friendly accreditation. You will be working alongside a great practice manager to implement clinical protocols to achieve this accreditation. It’s a critical time for the business, and as a result, they are looking for the *almost* perfect candidate to join the team.

The team consists of 4 vets and 4 RVNs, a practice manager, and a front-of-house team, with more positions opening up post-expansion. They see a variety of small animals, including dogs, cats, and rabbits, as well as exotics.

This will be a full-time position with a flexible schedule for weekends and evenings to improve work-life balance. The salary is £40k to £47k plus bonus available, with a range of benefits including generous CPD funding, group discounts etc.
