This independent clinic has been serving the local community for more than 75 years and are seeking a vet to join them. The area itself has excellent transport links, nearby natural beauty areas, local schools, and family-friendly facilities.

Being an independent clinic means that team members’ ideas are always heard and encouraged. They have vet directors who still do clinical work and are dedicated to moving the practice forward.

The role would be suitable for recent graduates who are 1-year-qualified, as there is sole charge with support available. They schedule appointments to allow for continued skill development, and they are happy to discuss individual needs.

They are looking for a full-time vet, but will also consider two part-time vets. The hours are split over 4 days and 2 in 5 Saturday morning clinics but they are happy to discuss this. They actively encourage CPD, with £1000 per year available immediately and further support available, including certificates. If necessary, they can assist with the completion of the VetGDP. The salary ranges from £38k to £48k FTE, depending on experience. They can also provide accommodation for 6 months (with bills paid) to help with relocation at a house next to one of the practices.
