My client is looking for a Head RVN to lead their team at their first opinion practice that’s close to green spaces and easily accessible from central London by underground. The practice is equipped with the latest gadgets and two large consulting rooms, as well as a dedicated space for office duties. They value every client that steps into practice and contribute to the community by assisting in charity cases.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s enthusiastic and dedicated to nursing, striving to provide the gold standard of care. With their flexibility, you can choose to be a jack of all trades, performing operations, consultations, and inpatient care, or you can focus on a particular area of nursing. They are a nursing training practice with 2 vets and 2 RVNs, a practice manager, with a dedicated receptionist team. They also have visiting specialists for advanced procedures to keep everything in-house.
With no overtime or weekends and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week spread over four or five days, they provide an excellent work-life balance. However, they also recognise that everyone has priorities outside of work, so they are happy to discuss a range of options, including term-time hours if you have children.
They have a salary of up to £45k DOE with help for any relocation fees (which can be discussed), along with a range of benefits, including:
