We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent, client-focused practice in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident vet who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing personalised care to both pets and their families.

About the Role:

• Position: Full-Time Lead Veterinary Surgeon
• Hours: 4-day week with 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)
• No OOH: Enjoy a balanced work schedule
• Consultations: 20-30 minute appointments to ensure thorough care
• Support: Work alongside visiting specialists in cardiology, imaging, and advanced surgeries

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the clinical team, ensuring high standards of care
• Confidently manage routine surgeries, medicine, and emergency cases
• Build lasting client relationships with a focus on customised and compassionate care
• Participate in morning and afternoon ward rounds for collaborative patient management
