A well-established independent small animal practice in East Devon is looking for a registered veterinary nurse to join their team. This position is available as maternity cover from December, or as a permanent role for the right candidate.
The practice is modern, two-site, and highly regarded for putting people and pets first. You will work with a close-knit, supportive team of vets, RVNs and support staff, in an environment that values clinical excellence and professional development.
Role details:
- Salary up to £14.18 per hour, dependent on experience
- CPD allowance of £1000 pro-rata, including travel and accommodation costs
- Part-time or full-time hours considered
- Ideally Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- Saturday mornings 1 in 4 (currently closer to 1 in 6)
- No out-of-hours work
Facilities and support:
- Two fully equipped practices, both meeting RCVS Small Animal General Practice standards
- Digital X-ray, colour Doppler ultrasound, dedicated operating theatres
- Multiparameter monitors, laparoscopic spays at one site
- Strong emphasis on high standards of clinical care and team support
