The Team
You’ll be joining a collaborative and well‑structured team including:
- 7 Veterinary Surgeons
- 1 Clinical Nursing Manager
- 11 RVNs
- 2 SVNs
- 10 Client Care team members
- Certificate holders in Diagnostic Imaging and Anaesthesia
This is a supportive environment where learning, respect, and teamwork are central to daily practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the central support team, you will:
- Lead clinical delivery and uphold exceptional patient and client care
- Oversee clinical standards, quality improvement, education, and veterinary leadership
- Inspire and engage the practice team through active, visible leadership
- Develop and deliver clinical and business strategy
- Line‑manage the Senior Leadership Team
- Oversee HR, operations, H&S, client care, and marketing
- Lead on budgeting, financial performance, and strategic planning
- Foster a culture of wellbeing, collaboration, and professional growth
- Support recruitment, retention, and team development
