This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Clinical Lead role with genuine autonomy and the ability to shape the future direction of the practice. The position offers a salary of up to £80,000 (DOE).
You will be joining at an exciting time, with a major refurbishment and rebranding planned. This role allows you to focus on clinical leadership while being fully supported by the practice manager and owners for non‑clinical responsibilities. You will work alongside an experienced and stable clinical team, with some staff members having been with the practice for over 20 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading or supporting a clinical team, with confidence in more complex cases and an interest in mentoring junior vets. Clinical development is strongly encouraged and supported.
The role is 4 days per week with 1 in 3 Saturdays. There are no Sundays or out‑of‑hours.
