The practice is part of an innovative veterinary group committed to delivering exceptional patient care through a subscription-based model designed to support long-term client relationships and reduce the pressures often associated with traditional first-opinion practice.
As a founding Veterinary Surgeon, you will have the opportunity to contribute to clinical protocols, client experience, and the overall culture of the practice, while enjoying the support of a wider referral network and dedicated administrative time within your working day.

- Salary £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience
