The Team

You’ll be joining a collaborative and well‑structured team including:

• 7 Veterinary Surgeons
• 1 Clinical Nursing Manager
• 11 RVNs
• 2 SVNs
• 10 Client Care team members
• Certificate holders in Diagnostic Imaging and Anaesthesia

This is a supportive environment where learning, respect, and teamwork are central to daily practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the central support team, you will:

• Lead clinical delivery and uphold exceptional patient and client care
• Oversee clinical standards, quality improvement, education, and veterinary leadership
• Inspire and engage the practice team through active, visible leadership
• Develop and deliver clinical and business strategy
• Line‑manage the Senior Leadership Team
• Oversee HR, operations, H&S, client care, and marketing
• Lead on budgeting, financial performance, and strategic planning
• Foster a culture of wellbeing, collaboration, and professional growth
• Support recruitment, retention, and team development
