Role Accountabilities

Exceptional care is the priority, whether it’s for patients, clients, or each other. In this role, you will:

  • Provide first-class clinical care through consultations, procedures, and monitoring.
  • Ensure seamless handover and arrange transfer for patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
  • Deliver exceptional client care, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Maximise capacity through effective utilisation of clinical skills and resources.
  • Engage in clinical meetings and support colleague clinical mentoring and development.
  • Share best practices within and across clinics, contributing to the wider community.

Your Skills and Experience

  • RCVS registered with a minimum of one year of small animal practice experience.
  • Client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in clinical examination and surgery, with a commitment to high standards.
  • Confidence in working sole charge and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
