Role Accountabilities

Exceptional care is the priority, whether it’s for patients, clients, or each other. In this role, you will:

Provide first-class clinical care through consultations, procedures, and monitoring.
Ensure seamless handover and arrange transfer for patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
Deliver exceptional client care, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.
Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
Maximise capacity through effective utilisation of clinical skills and resources.
Engage in clinical meetings and support colleague clinical mentoring and development.
Share best practices within and across clinics, contributing to the wider community.

Your Skills and Experience

RCVS registered with a minimum of one year of small animal practice experience.
Client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in clinical examination and surgery, with a commitment to high standards.
Confidence in working sole charge and collaborating effectively within a team.
Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
