✅ Manageable hours – An average of 36.5 hours per week, including one four-hour Saturday shift every 4-5 weeks

✅ Competitive salary – Starting from £28,000 (DOE)

The Rota:
📅 Four-day week, fixed schedule
🕒 Shift patterns:
- Two shifts of 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- One shorter shift of 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- One shift of 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- One fixed day off
