We are working with a friendly, modern veterinary practice in Staffordshire who are seeking an ongoing Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet looking for regular locum work in a well-equipped, growing practice with a varied caseload and flexibility.

The Role:

• Ongoing locum Veterinary Surgeon position
• 8:30am – 7:00pm shifts
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Consults and surgical procedures
• Mix of routine and preventative healthcare – currently vaccine and neuter heavy due to new clinic setup

Shift Pattern:

• Mondays and Thursdays – Sole Charge
• Fridays
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive daily rate of around £450 per day
• Accommodation not provided but an allowance of up to £50 per worked day is available to support travel or lodging costs

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident in sole charge situations
• Comfortable with a mix of consults and surgical procedures
• Flexible and adaptable to working in a newer practice environment

Location:

Staffordshire – easily commutable from surrounding counties.
