A modern, well‑equipped small animal practice in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, supportive team. This is a permanent role offering a balanced rota, strong clinical standards and a genuinely positive working environment.
The Practice:
This is an award‑winning, RCVS‑accredited GP practice with additional cat‑friendly and rabbit‑friendly accreditations. The practice is owned and led by an experienced vet and RVN, supported by a Practice Manager, another vet, a strong nursing team, a veterinary care assistant and client care advisors.
The practice sees a varied caseload across medicine and surgery, with regular clinical discussions, protected breaks and a supportive culture that encourages development. Consults are 20 minutes as standard, with the final appointment at 6.30pm to ensure the team finishes on time.
Facilities include modern diagnostic and surgical equipment, in‑house laboratory capabilities and a Cryopen for cryotherapy. The practice is based within a large retail setting with excellent amenities, parking and public transport links.
The Role This role is suited to an experienced GP vet who is confident with routine surgery, consultations and occasional sole charge. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

Person Specification
- RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Broad GP experience
- Confident with routine surgery and consults
