My client in London is searching for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their passionate and dedicated team. You will be supported by the neighbouring practice and typically, you will be 100% based at one practice; however, they can discuss the option of working across both sites if of interest.
The position can be tailored to suit the successful applicant, with either a mixture of consults and surgery or a consulting/medical role or other specific interests. Case continuity is actively encouraged within a well-equipped clinic, permitting cases to be thoroughly worked up in-house.
With the support, they can offer you the opportunity to take the practice forward into further growth as a Lead Vet or Clinical Director. Rota patterns that work for you – No weekends or OOH, they understand everyone has priorities outside of work; that’s why they believe in offering true flexibility when it comes to rota patterns. They are open to suggestions of working days/hours to suit you, for example, hours around school runs or condensing your hours to get more days off. They haven’t set the hours per week as they are open to a discussion; however, their normal working week is 40 hours. Overall, they offer a great work/life balance with no weekends or OOH.
The practice is a London clinic based in a prime location. The area is regenerating, and with many new homes being completed within walking distance of the clinic and a mainline and Crossrail station on their doorstep, this area is set to grow for years to come. Established in 2015, they have an excellent reputation locally for providing the highest client care standards, attentive personalised preventative health care, and high-quality treatment. Their practice is well equipped, including an operating theatre, brand new digital x-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter with ECG, and much more. Their waiting areas and kennels are separated for cats and dogs, and they are also a silver status cat-friendly clinic.
They are currently building the team, however, you will be supported by the neighbouring practice, which is made up of an experienced Clinical Director, 4 Vets, two RVNS, an Animal Care Assistant, and two dedicated receptionists.
Because their employees matter. They recognize that their people are fundamental to the success of their business. Investing in their people, premises, and processes is at the heart of what they do. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will benefit from –
