We are recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and growing small animal practice in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who is looking to become part of a genuinely supportive and friendly team where both colleague wellbeing and patient care are prioritised.
The practice has built a loyal client base over more than eight years and is known for its welcoming atmosphere, high clinical standards, and strong team culture. Owned and led by a Veterinary Surgeon and Veterinary Nurse, the practice understands the realities of clinical life and has created an environment where colleagues are supported to thrive.
You will be joining a collaborative team consisting of experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, support staff, and receptionists who work together to provide outstanding care for patients and clients.

The practice is well-equipped with:
- Digital radiography
- In-house laboratory
- Ultrasound

- Varied surgical caseload including orthopaedics
This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years of small animal experience who is confident with routine surgery and medical work-ups. You will be passionate about providing excellent patient care, enjoy working collaboratively, and value building strong relationships with clients.
