Remote Veterinary Business Development Manager UK & EU

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to take on a key role driving business development across the UK and mainland EU for a leading veterinary supplier.

This position is focused on developing and growing relationships with veterinary distributors, corporate groups, and independent practices. Experience selling into the veterinary industry is essential, and influence with key decision-makers at major clients will be highly desirable.

The role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong commercial instincts, and is an expert communicator. You will be expected to manage your own workload effectively while representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and in meetings with senior industry stakeholders.

What’s on offer
• Salary £55,000–£65,000 OTE / €65,000–€76,000 OTE
• Remote working across the UK or EU (around 70% home-based)
• Domestic travel approx. 15%
• EU travel approx. 15%
• Opportunity to join a growing international team with strong support from leadership

Key requirements
• Proven experience in veterinary sales or business development
• Track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Right to work in the UK or EU
