Your Role:

• Oversee and support a skilled team of 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, and 2 VCAs.
• Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing team while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Play a hands-on role in patient care, nurse consultations, and in-patient monitoring.
